SHIPPING: Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order.

We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday before 3pm. and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. WILD ROSE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted up to 14 days of the delivery date- if the item is in the original condition and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc.

Any order that was purchased ON SALE is non-refundable with no returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges - if you need a different size please return your item and place a new order.
